Cyd's Vegan Pesto
- 1 bunch basil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2/3 cup grape seed oil
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/3 toasted pine nuts (skillet, 2 mins)
Blend it up in your food processor and enjoy!
This is a CSA member's own trial-and-error concoction. Yum and thank you, Cyd. I have tried this with olive in stead of grape seed oil and it has been yummy!
