Polish Radish SpreadSubmitted by CSA member Justin Larue
- 4 medium radishes, chopped into small flat chunks
- 2 to 3 minced chives
- 8-10 oz Farmerâ€™s cheese (Try â€˜Quarkâ€™, a German farmerâ€™s cheese, extremely sour and tangy, with a tablespoon of cream cheese to mellow it out. You might also try a mixture of ricotta and sour cream.)
- 1 tsp salt (optional of course)
Combine, mix and enjoy on bread, rolls, crackers, etc.
