Polish Radish Spread

  • 4 medium radishes, chopped into small flat chunks
  • 2 to 3 minced chives
  • 8-10 oz Farmer’s cheese (Try ‘Quark’, a German farmer’s cheese, extremely sour and tangy, with a tablespoon of cream cheese to mellow it out. You might also try a mixture of ricotta and sour cream.)
  • 1 tsp salt (optional of course)

Combine, mix and enjoy on bread, rolls, crackers, etc.
